About you...
- 2+ years experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the hospitality/QSR industry
- Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams
- Direct engagement with some budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage and labour reports
- Passion for people - customer & team empowerment first mindset
- A hunger and drive to grow your business
- Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays - we don't do overnights!
Your day to day at Grill'd...
- Work alongside your team to drive sales growth and engagement
- Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management & compliance
- Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews and talent pipelines
- Manage business financials and create action plans that directly impact your restaurant's P&L
