Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and plan, organise, implement and evaluate the activities program for residents. Utilise individual and group activities to promote independence and wellbeing.

Also known as the Rainbow Region, this area is blessed with stunning forests and waterfalls, fertile farming land, artistic villages and relaxed seaside communities. For a different type of scene, you can drive to the Gold Coast in less than 2 hours, or Brisbane in under 3 hours.

If You Have

• CHC30208 Certificate III in Aged Care or CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support; OR equivalent experience; OR completion of one (1) or more years of training as an undergraduate nursing student, AND successful completion of Certificate 4 in Leisure and Lifestyle (or similar) or willingness to complete same within 12 months of employment
• Good knowledge of basic nursing care including physiologic observations and assistance with activities of daily living
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control standard precautions
• Computer skills including the ability to use a variety of office and health related software applications
