You will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning of our office operations, being the backbone of our administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of our day-to-day activities. This role reports to the Office Manager and encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from general administrative support to assisting with travel arrangements and office supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing correspondence, organising files, and handling enquiries.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and transportation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for the Executives.
- Office Management: Maintain office cleanliness and organisation, including stocking supplies, coordinating maintenance requests and ensuring a conducive working environment.
- Financial Administration: Assist the Office Manager with basic accounting tasks, such as invoice processing, expense tracking and reconciliation.
- Team Support: Act as a supportive resource for all Executives assisting with ad-hoc tasks and fostering a collaborative work culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving work environment and willingness to take on new challenges.
