Key Responsibilities:
- Lead departmental teams to ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards
- Maintain venue facilities, ambiance, and cleanliness to exceed quality standards
- Manage daily operational checklists and influence culture management
- Master our digital bookings system ‘Seven Rooms’ and have a proficient understanding of POS systems, specifically Bpoz
- Lead, motivate, and manage department teams to achieve venue KPIs
- Make quick and accurate decisions under pressure
- Oversee cash movement across departments
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company branding and philosophies
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of industry management experience
- Victorian Gaming license and Responsible Service of Gaming
- Responsible Service of Liquor certification
- National police check
- TAB advanced certification
- Australian Permanent Residency
