Job description
Some of your responsibilities will include:- Work as part of a small team and liaise with a range of stakeholders to ensure the efficient operations of the unit.- Deliver frontline customer service by assisting with customer enquiries and complaints and providing information and guidance.- Maintain knowledge and understanding of procedural and legislative guidelines to support your delivery of customer service.- Contribute to the administration of passenger and school transport products by processing applications, maintaining record management systems, and ensuring accuracy of data.
