Assisting Practice Manager in day to day operations and administrative tasks and acting as point of contact in the absence of the Practice Manager
Assisting with billing, coding and accounting tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable
Streamlining office processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Managing inventory and supplies ensuring availability of necessary equipment and materials
Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote the practice within the community and building relationships with local healthcare providers and organisations
Assisting in the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures
Handling patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring standards of patient care and service including coordinating patient appointments and follow-ups
