We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice Manager & Executive assistant to join our busy practice. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Practice Manager/ Executive assistant
- Exceptional leadership skills
- An energetic and positive approach
- Experience with Genie preferable
Tasks:
- Assisting doctors with operational excellence
- Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
- Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Recruitment of Staff
- IT network management
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Act as a liaison between clinic staff, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and customer service.
- Front desk duties as required
About you:
- Highly organised and willing to learn new skills
- Looking to commit to the role long term
- A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients, and visitors
- A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, and Private Health Insurance billings preferred.
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
