ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL LEARNING AND TEACHING
Permanent full time commencing Term 1 2025
(a Term 4 2024 start date is also negotiable)

As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal Learning and Teaching:
- Leads the development and implementation of a student-centred, intellectually challenging and wide-ranging curriculum
- Leads the professional teams of staff to ensure a robust and effective response to student learning needs
Essential qualifications include:
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership position
- Significant background and qualifications in education
- Demonstrated understanding of girls’ education and an ability to embed this across the curriculum
- Demonstrated ability to develop and embed curriculum policy and pedagogy across all curriculum areas
- Highly developed skills in effective interpersonal communication
