Aboutthe role
Workingclosely with the National Demand Manager, the primary responsibility of thisrole is to maintain the weekly production planning schedule and communicate theforecast and any movements to key stakeholders on farm.
Responsibilities willinclude:
- Maintaining theweekly production and planning schedule.
- Communicate dailyforecast, estimates and lockdown numbers to all key stakeholders confirmingproduction requirements.
- Managing theWeekly/Daily SAP orders and aligning demand with supply across the product mix.
- StockManagement/Forecasts/Performance Reporting.
- Managing orderupdates to all customers.
- Communicate dailyorders and supply information to the Prepack and Warehouse Team.
- Communicateweekly forecasted closing stock levels to key stakeholders.
- Keep accuratestock on hand reports and communicate across the network on a daily and weeklybasis.
AboutYou
Thesuccessful candidate will have:
- Minimum of 5 years’experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of 2 ormore years defining and implementing processes is required. Sales processexperience is strongly preferred.
- Microsoft Excel –Advanced with a specialty in trend analytics.
- Microsoft Word –Intermediate to Advanced skills.
- Crystal ReportWriter – Intermediate level.
- Strong attentionto detail and accurate data entry skills.
