Assistant Project Manager – Consultancy – Over $500m in projects under management

ABOUT THE ROLE
Use your exisiting skills in a new Career Path. Assist the Project Director to manage large $50m+ Commercial projects through procurement, design, tender and delivery. Assist managing the Contract Administration and Delivery through construction. Develop your overall skills and progress to Project Manager.
DUTIES

• Support Project Director
• Manage Consultant teams and Head Contractor
• Drive Project Outcomes and Deadlines

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Local industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Degree qualification
• Exposure to new build development projects (commercial, education, aged care preferred)
• Exposure in Contracts Administration
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
