About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will provide essential administrative support within the LAND Domain. This role presents a unique opportunity to participate in various project activities, making a significant contribution to an important Defence initiative.

What you will be involved in:
- Provision of general administrative support to the lead Project / Engineering Managers
- Contract management support including management of contract deliverables, organisation of contractual meetings and general stakeholder engagement.
- Reviewing and facilitating approval of contract deliverables to ensure timely responses to Industry Partners
- Conducting simple procurement and provision of assistance to complex procurement including drafting and review of approval documentation (with assistance from Project Managers and the commercial team)
What we would like from you:
- Experience providing project and / or administrative support to a project / program.
- Ability to effectively utilise document filing systems (Objective), manage calendar bookings, and develop and maintain simple / templated contractual documentation.
- Defence systems experience (Objective, MaMo, MyFi, ASDEFCON etc.) desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a secure environment and / or experience performing security functions for Industry / Defence (desirable)
- Knowledge of fundamental input to capability Highly desirable.
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a NV1 clearance.
