As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the senior Property Manager. You will have the chance to learn the fundamentals of property management, gain valuable experience and work alongside an experienced professional. Our goal is to mentor and train you, providing a clear path for career advancement.
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager superstar who will:
- Coordinate viewings, routines, entries and exits
- Process tenancy applications
- Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding repairs & maintenance
- Maintain compliance.
- Assist the Senior Property Manager as required
- Work week is Monday to Friday
Required skills/attributes:
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Drivers license and own a reliable car
- Possess strong administration and organisational skills, be system orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
- Work autonomously while being part of a team.
- Time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
- A positive attitude and great work ethic.
Previous real estate experience in property management is advantageous however not essential. We will provide all the support and training for you to excel in your new role.
