We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us in the role of Property Management Assistant and Growth approximately 24 hours per week
As a valued and integral member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting the management of a diverse portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential properties including leasing, maintenance, and rent collection, with efficiency and precision.
- Conduct regular routine inspections and prepare property condition reports.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with landlords and tenants, promptly addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair tasks, guaranteeing that properties are maintained to a high level.
- Monitor rental arrears and implement appropriate measures to recover outstanding payments.
- Handle tenant enquires, ensuring a swift resolution and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and ensure compliance with all tenancy laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in property management Growth development would be a bonus
- Hold a current Qld Real Estate License.
- Demonstrate an understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations.
- Display outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering unparalleled service
- Proficiency in property management software, Software Rex and Property Tree
- Current Driver's License and reliable maintained vehicle
