The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to become an Assistant Property Manager working with a high calibre team based onsite at an iconic building in Brisbane CBD. You'll work collaboratively with our Property and Facilities Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of the asset including tenant liaison, lease administration, financial administration as well as general office administration duties. In addition, you will have exposure to working directly with the Landlord.
Here's what you will focus on;
- Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
- Assist with building activations and events for occupants
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
- Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
- General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending and organising meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful;
- Previous property administration experience with high level attention to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
- Certificate IV in Property Services or working towards it with a goal for further education in the property sector will be looked upon favourably
- Eagerness to learn and develop with ambitions to succeed in the property sector
