Elever Property Group has a full-time position available in our Property Management team for an Assistant Property Manager in our Spring Hill office. If you have experience in Property Management and a passion for helping people then we'd like to talk to you!
Our team are seeking someone for a support role who will assist our Property Managers with all elements of property management including, but not limited to; entries, exits, routine inspections and open home inspections.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current QLD Real Estate registration certificate
- Current driver’s license with a reliable car.
- Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to create strong client relationships

- Great time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Skills & Experience
- Current Driver’s License & Certificate of Registration
- Must have a strong working knowledge of computers and various computer software
- Must be well organised, able to work under pressure and have the ability to effectively prioritise demands and meet deadlines
- Must promote positive working relationships with tenants, co-workers, management and staff
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
