We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join the Property Management team in Canberra. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous property management experience looking to further their career, or someone with previous customer service / sales / operations or similar experience looking to start fresh.

The Opportunity!
- Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant's requests
- Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the tenants
- Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations
- Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required
- General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
About you;
- Previous administration experience with high level attention to detail
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice course or working towards it
- Strong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environment
- Superior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive attitude and flexible approach to work
