I’m the one who did the Harry Potter Style Job Ad not so long ago where I waved my wand "Abracadabra" in the hope of magic to bring me the best Assistant Property Manager in all the lands. 

For those following at home you will be pleased to know that wave of the wand brought us Amy who quickly became a treasured member of our team.

Sadly, life has its twists, and Amy must now dedicate her time to her family following some unexpected sad news. We're all heavy-hearted to see her go but fully support her in this significant family commitment.

So here I am, wand in hand (🪄) again, ready to conjure up the next remarkable Assistant Property Manager to join our Real Estate Family at JKL.

I’m Looking for Amy 2.0:

• Someone bursting with smarts, laughter, and the zest to dive deep into Asset Care, just like Amy did.
   
• Someone who may or may not already have some Property Management experience either is ok with me, We have great systems and access to some of the best training in the industry so no biggie really.
   
• A person who's ready to tackle the hands-on challenges of property management and still enjoy a light-hearted moment or laugh with me (I’m Pretty Funny 🤣).
   
• You'll be embarking on a full-time journey from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed. Of course, we pay above award and offer sweet perks like Training and Development Incentives.
   
• Alongside me, you'll help manage our rental portfolio, nurturing relationships with owners, tenants, and properties, and even helping our portfolio grow and thrive like the most splendid veggie patch one ever did see.👩‍🌾🥕🍅
   
• Your days will be varied and vibrant, filled with a mix of  In office and Out of  Office work, ensuring no two days are exactly alike.
   
• We have a clear competency based pathway program for you to eventually manage your own portfolio, stepping into the limelight with all the glory and satisfaction managing your own portfolio brings.
