Assistant Property Manager, Listed Property Group

The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial Office portfolio.

The Assistant Property Manager will have supervised direct responsibility for some of the property management functions of the portfolio. The role will report to an Asset Manager.

Review and maintain arrears reporting
• Developing relationships with new & existing tenants
• Assist with the review and implementation of monthly expense accruals
• Assist Asset Manager and other Property Managers with basic accounting functions
• Work closely with the Asset Manager and other Property Managers to ensure accurate, timely and reconciled monthly report and annual reporting requirements

Experience and Education:

• 1-2yrs experience in commercial property management.
• Bachelor of Property Economics and or Real Estate - Certificate of Registration or Agents License. 
• Strong communicator good written and verbal skills.
• Ideally experience with excel or Property asset modelling systems like MRI.
