As the Assistant Property Manager you will be supporting a Property Manager in all aspects of Property Management:
- Liaising with tenants
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Help with routines and Entry & Exits
- Process tenancy applications
- Smoke alarm compliance
- Other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal person for the role of Assistant Property Manager will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
- Previous real estate experience - min 6 months in a similar role
- Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Professional personal presentation
