About You:
We are looking for an organised, self-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You should have strong written and verbal communication abilities and be able to handle conflicts maturely. A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration and an NSW Driver's License are essential. Additionally, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative spirit are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine and ingoing inspections
- Collaborating with the leasing team to onboard new tenancies
- Arranging of lease sign ups and lease renewals
- Repair & Maintenance management
- Collaborate with admin team for rent review & arrears management
- Providing support to the Senior Property Manager as required
