Assistant Property Manager

The Client: 
Working with a household name, our client are renowned for starting peoples careers on the best track possible. 

The Role:

• Learn the ropes of Property Management by assisting a small team 
• Conduct inspections such as leasing, condition reports, and routine inspections 
• Administrative tasks 
• Communicate with Rental Providers and Renters 
• Salary up to $60,000 based on experience 

About You: 

• Current Agents Representative Certificate is a requirement of this role 
• Either recently completed your Agents Rep, or looking to step up from Reception or Leasing in Real Estate
• Reliable car and drivers license 
• Excited to build a career in Property Management
