We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Property Management Assistant to join our close-knit team.

Your role will be to support our Property Managers and assist with Leasing. Key areas will be:

• All Routine Inspections 
• Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews 
• Conducting Entry and Exit inspections 
• Open properties for lease
• Processing new tenancies 
• Other admin tasks as required

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a background in Real Estate / Property Management, along with a working knowledge of PropertyMe and previous experience with the above responsibilities.

• A current Agents Representative Certificate (or be currently working towards achieving this)
