Qualifications & experience

- Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a knack for interpersonal dynamics.
- Demonstrates an insatiable appetite for learning and a drive for success.
- Holds a valid driver's license and owns a reliable vehicle.
- Must be committed to a career in Real Estate

Tasks & responsibilities
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of 100 - 250 properties, adapting to your level of experience so this can be flexible
- Nurturing relationships with tenants and landlords, orchestrating repairs and maintenance seamlessly.
- Mastering the art of rental arrears management, alongside preparation of rental bond claims and representation at VCAT hearings when necessary.
