Assistant/Junior Property Manager

This role is an opportunity for you to establish yourself in a large office with the training to develop your skills and grow further within the industry. With 30+ supportive and experienced staff and support, you will be working with the best of the best. 

Based in Glen Waverley off Coleman Parade,  we are looking for an Assistant/Junior Property Manager who is looking to continue their path or further progress in the Real Estate industry. We're constantly expanding and this opportunity is now available!
  
You will be operating under experienced Property Managers, working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with occasional Saturdays (half days) approx 1 in 6 Saturdays. 

JOB DUTIES:
- Work under a Property Manager, assisting them with the tasks allocated to you (training provided)
- Learn to do condition reports and inspections, compliance etc
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries, maintenance etc

WHATS ON OFFER:
- Salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + Super (With commissions available)

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property (required)
- Property Management Experience (ideally) or real estate experience / knowledge 
- Well presented and good admin and spoken skills 
- Mandarin Speaking Advantageous!!!
