We are currently seeking an Assistant Radiologist Coordinator to support the Radiologist Coordinator in the delivery of Radiologist support services. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to rostering development and support, administration associated with onboarding, hours and leave as well as managing the Medical Typist teams both onshore and offshore, to provide an exceptional and timely offering. Our clinics are filled with high-performing and personable staff. Furthermore, we offer regular applications for career advancement and can provide work-life balance. You Will Have
Competent use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Spreadsheets
Superior typing skills and the ability to type at a swift pace
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Good communication skills, both written, verbal and interpersonal
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to take initiative and be proactive
Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
Prior experience in a similar role
Experience within the Health industry, particularly annotating for medical practitioners Experience with Karisma and/or Comrad
