About the RoleAs Assistant, Research Training Services, you will provide research services and support to Higher Degree by Research (HDR) candidates and supervisors across the HDR lifecycle. This includes providing high quality customer service and administrative support for enrolment, progress, review processes, and other candidature lifecycle activities.
You will be joining a dynamic and agile team that fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and service excellence. To be successful in this position, you will have:Experience in supporting high-performing customer focused teams to deliver to a range of clients
Strong communication skills including the ability to work with a variety of different stakeholders
