Smiggle is part of Australia's most successful retail giant 'The Just Group', consisting of 7 brands - Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans, Peter Alexander, Portmans and Smiggle.About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our Smiggle Marketing Team!Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the implementation of Digital Marketing activities to achieve sales projections for the brand, supporting both retail and online stores in all countries.Responsibilities

• Briefing Web and EDM briefs in line with the Brand and Online promotional plan
• Testing and approving EDM briefs
• Monitoring Smiggle websites
• Briefing creative and copy then testing web updates
• Ability to react quickly and accurately to promotional changes
• Brief and update trade and brand social ad content (Facebook ads manager experience)
• Copyrighting for online product descriptions
• Building strong relationships with the internal Web Development and Online Stores teams to effectively implement plans and improve overall web and email presence
• Monitoring and maintaining email sign ups and the Smiggle VIP program
• Compiling weekly reports

Skills & Experience

• Marketing/Digital Marketing and/or Communications tertiary qualification or related work experience
• Experience within retail, ecommerce or an office environment is advantageous as is experience or excitement for Marketing to children and parents
• Experience in Facebook ads manager would be beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent creative and on-brand copywriting skills
• Strong organisational skills and work ethic, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
