Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of Mya Tiger and Louey's, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, cost control, and staff development.
• Lead by example, providing guidance and support to the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food offerings and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
