The role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be experienced and passionate, supporting the Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations. Hatted experience will be preferred. Focused supervision, ensuring exceptional service will be key, as will be maintaining high quality standards. Strong leadership and in depth knowledge of food and wine is a must.
