What we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience: Lead with confidence with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role in a high-volume environment.
- Customer focus: Delight our guests with a minimum of 2 years of direct customer interaction experience.
- Versatility: Assist the Restaurant Manager across all aspects of the venue, showcasing your adaptability.
- Flexibility: Embrace different shifts to keep things fresh and exciting.
- Natural leadership: Inspire, motivate, and develop a team that's as dynamic as you are.
- Communication skills: Connect with customers and team members alike with exceptional communication.
