The OpportunityIf you are an enthusiastic, self motivated leader who enjoys working in fast paced casual dining restaurants, then you could be the perfect fit for one of our partners.You will play a vital role in the management team, made up with a Restaurant Manager, another Assistant Manager, and two Team Leaders, and will oversee a team of 25 staff.The role is very much a customer centric position, one that requires a motivated and front of centre leader that loves providing excellent service for every patron that walks through the door.Company culture is key for this group so when they go about recruitment themselves they are looking for a talented operator as well as a person that naturally meets all of their own valuesWhat You'll Get In Return

• $60,000-$65,000 + Super depending on level of experience
• Opportunity to grow - there's a good chance this will lead to a Restaurant Manager level within the group
