About you
You will be:
- a great communicator
- someone who often gets great sales results
- effectively manage front-end daily store operations ensuring counter operations run smoothly at all times
- Get involved in selling and managing in-store claims
- has experience mentoring, supporting or managing a small team of 5-10 staff
- passionate about the outdoors and the outdoor lifestyle
- be available to work a Sunday - Thursday roster each week

The role
- Fixed Term Full Time role - Maternity Leave Cover - 12 Months
You will be responsible for:
- leading the team to meet and exceed KPIs
- manage rosters and attendance of staff
- driving sales results on the Sales Manager's RDOs
- managing day to day operations
- leading by example and getting out onto the showroom floor to sell
