Located in Mulgrave, Hogan Engineering is a well established Australian owned company who specialise in earthmoving attachments. We supply to leading brands and have a reputable name in the industry.
Hogan Engineering are currently seeking an Assistant Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team in a permanent part time capacity, two to three days a week. Hours for this role may be flexible and would possibly suit someone looking to work school hours only.
The Role
- Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries.
- Providing quotes, converting to sales and inputting orders into MRP Easy.
- Maintain website and run online sales.
- Maintaining website content.
- Corresponding with clients and maintaining customer relationships.
- Content creation and scheduling for social media posts.
- Designing of other promotions as required.
- Other admin duties as required.
About you
- The ideal candidate will have the confidence to drive promotions and manage brand awareness.
- You’ll have the ability to quickly build rapport with customers, maintain customer relationships and make a positive impact. Exceptional customer service skills.
- Highly proactive and efficient, able to multi-task to achieve results.
- Experience with MS Office - High level of skill using Excel is a must.
- Experience using Xero beneficial, but not essential.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite advantageous.
- Positive attitude, a team player.
- Impeccable attention to detail, ability to work efficiently unsupervised.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Inter-Personal Skills and Computer Skills
- Background in manufacturing or trade would be beneficial.
- Qualification in or currently studying Sales/Marketing would be advantageous.
- Self Motivated.
