Assistant Site Manager

Our Assistant Manager's come to work each day, bringing with them the enthusiasm and passion that is key to running the most efficient and safe store.

We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join our Seven Hills team!

• Organize and Plan Workshop daily tasks
• Coach and develop team to solve operational performance problems
• Maintain workshop safety standards in accordance with Site Safety Rules and procedures
• Manage Stock levels to suite operational demand.
• Deliver and Manage quality control aspects of Workshop.
  

Requirements:

• Extensive understanding of Workshop Service and Repairs on all makes and model.
• Experience supervising a workshop team & being able to coach and develop staff
• Automotive sales experience, including quoting & problem-solving skills
• A team player, with the ability to identify opportunities & threats
• Strong communication skills, delivering clear messages
• A valid Australian Drivers’ license
