- Management experience in a high-performance store with medium-large sized team.
- An inspiring leader who displays passion about instilling growth and development within your team.
- Strong operational management skills.
- Visual merchandising experience executing brand directives.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI’s. & targets.
- Commercial and business acumen and able to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in training, coaching and performance management.
- Highly sales and results driven.
