Due to our great performance, we are expanding our receiving and dispatch within an additional Administrative Assistant / Coordinator.

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position that requires usual hours of 9:00am-5:30pm/9:30am-6:00pm Monday – Friday.
What You Will Do:
- General administrative and reception duties
- Organizing logistics relating to ordering equipment and consumables
- Generating invoices
- Providing support to sales and technical team in generating sales and service quotations
- Monitor and track asset and equipment location
- Help with the ongoing improvement of our service systems and processes
- Other general administrative duties to support the overall team
Who We Need:
- No previous experience required - attitude is more important!
- Strong Work ethic, an enthusiastic, passionate and can-do attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player & high level of commitment
- Prioritization skills and time management
- Major in accounting, data analysis and marketing will be an advantage but not a must
