You will assist a Community Manager in managing a portfolio of strata properties/body corporates and have a variety of responsibilities including: Prompt and effective responses to emails and phone calls Writing correspondence, meeting agendas and minutes Ensuring prompt adherence to meeting timelines Attendance at some meetings Managing diaries and schedules Establishing strong client relationships About You The most successful Assistant Community Managers excel in the following: Time management and prioritisation skills second to none
