We are crazy about mushrooms and love growing them. Regal is the largest mushroom operation in NSW. We are based in Londonderry, close to Penrith. We are looking for an energetic Assistant Team Lead to help lead our Works Team.
As part of a growing business the role will need someone with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
About the role:
- Full time position
- This crucial role in our business entails assisting in leading a small team to empty and fill our mushroom growing rooms.
- Early starts and early afternoon finishing.
- Driving Farm Equipment (Tractors, Loaders etc.)
- Some heavy lifting
- A great team of 5 employees
- Ensuring the team completes all daily tasks.
About you:
- Have good communication skills
- Hard working
- Early riser
- Attention to detail and consistency in processes
- Love working outdoors
- Mechanically minded individual that has operator experience on heavy machinery
- Forklift license essential
- Management experience of leading a small team essential
