Koham Property Group specialises in working with property developers in Victoria on seamless end-to-end sales and marketing solutions.We sell our properties through retail and wholesale platforms.Our main focus of the business is in land estate sales and marketing.All our projects are in Victoria, including regional areas.Although we are a small team, we have been producing great results for our clients. This is achieved through our system and workflow that we have created. This role requires a highly motivated person with the willingness to learn.Work in the office 4 days and 1 day WFH
Qualifications & experience
- Real estate experience is needed
- Must be organised/have attention to detail
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting Director/OIEC
- Writing/Publishing property listings
- Liasing with the marketing team and different suppliers
- Managing contracts
- Managing the office
