Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 4 - $34.86 p/h (School Salary Scale)/(Services Salary Scale)

About the role - We are seeking an experienced professional to provide administrative assistance to the three Assistant Principals, Pastoral Care, Curriculum – Senior Years, and Curriculum- years 7 to 9).

Key Aspects of the Role:

• provide executive and administrative support and assistance to the Assistant Principals
• work with discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
• manage day to day correspondence and preparation of letters, emails, reports, presentations and other material as required
• attend College Leadership meetings (when required), record minutes and prepare follow up actions
• award and agenda preparations and distribution of follow ups
• liaise promptly and efficiently with external organisations as required
• willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Assistant Principals.

• clear sense of initiative and personal accountability
• exemplary interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and active listening
• high level written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and accuracy
• excellent planning and organisational skills
• effective time management skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently
• proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• current Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain
• genuine interest in the School, students and families within the School Community.
