About the role - We are seeking an experienced professional to provide administrative assistance to the three Assistant Principals, Pastoral Care, Curriculum – Senior Years, and Curriculum- years 7 to 9).
Key Aspects of the Role:
- provide executive and administrative support and assistance to the Assistant Principals
- work with discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
- manage day to day correspondence and preparation of letters, emails, reports, presentations and other material as required
- attend College Leadership meetings (when required), record minutes and prepare follow up actions
- award and agenda preparations and distribution of follow ups
- liaise promptly and efficiently with external organisations as required
- willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested by the Assistant Principals.

- confident in working autonomously and in a team setting to produce quality outcomes
- clear sense of initiative and personal accountability
- exemplary interpersonal skills including negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution and active listening
- high level written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- effective time management skills and ability to prioritise workload efficiently
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- current Working with Children Check or the willingness to obtain
- genuine interest in the School, students and families within the School Community.
