About the Job:
WA Limestone Head Office Operations (Bibra Lake) is currently looking for a LOCAL Assistant Transport/Logistics Co-ordinator. The hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 7.00am to 12:00pm every 2nd Saturday.
The position requires applicants to assist in the management of a 100 Truck fleet around the metro area on a daily basis. This involves:
- Assisting in Scheduling material deliveries and truck allocation.
- Data entry.
- Providing sales information to customers.
Applicants must have:
- A excellent level of experience and confidence in using computers.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner.
- A basic understanding of trucking configurations and capabilities.
- Speed and accuracy with data entry.
- Ability to time manage and work to deadlines.
- Be reliable and on time daily
- Good knowledge of the metropolitan area.
- Ability to operate within a team environment.
It is essential that you have a flexible and willing attitude and a strong desire to work within a team environment.
All successful candidates will be required to successfully pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol screening prior to offer of employment.
This is a Full-time position at our office in Bibra Lake.
