The Company:
Marley’s Transport is a family-owned company with over 50 years of operations. We have a large well maintained fleet carting bulk grain, stock feed and livestock operating throughout the South of Western Australia. The ideal candidate for this role will be a young enthusiastic person who is willing to learn the transport industry to provide administrative support to other departments within the administration team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive driver’s daily paperwork and distribute to the appropriate departments
- Data Entry of incoming paperwork into internal systems
- Invoicing and accounts as applicable
- Reconcile subcontractor paperwork
- Scanning of physical paperwork for electronic archiving
- Complete all general administration tasks as required
- Any other tasks as directed by your supervisor
Selection Criteria ESSENTIAL:
- The drive and skills to be able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office computing skills
