We're a small, focused dental equipment company based in NSW, committed to delivering affordable, high-quality air polishing and scaling devices. As we expand across Australia, we're looking for a Sales Representative in Melbourne to help us manage local operations. Responsibilities: Oversee storage, transportation, and delivery of dental equipment. Conduct basic training and equipment demonstrations for dental professionals. Opportunity to expand into lead generation and full sales cycle management. Who We're Looking For: Someone local to Melbourne with a passion for impactful work in dental care. A proactive individual capable of working autonomously and engaging clients effectively. Sales experience, especially in medical or some version of technical equipment, is preferred but not required. Initially estimated 5-6 hours per week Casual or Contractor work to fit into your existing schedule, with opportunities to grow in the future
Qualifications & experience
- Sales and Business Development Experience. Ideally in the Healthcare field or another field that involves technical equipment
- Must have a secure storage space (e.g. a garage or spare space in a room) - a couple of cubic metres only required
- Must have a car and driving licence
Tasks & responsibilities
- Storage of trial equipment and stock in an enclosed and protected storage area
- Drop-off and set-up of equipment to dental clinics and a demonstration of its operation and basic maintenance
- Pick-up and re-packaging of equipment from dental clinics and transport back to the storage area. Equipment must also be cleaned and maintained between drop-offs to dental clinics
- Providing customer service and facilitating the sales process. This includes answering customer questions and noting important information for follow-up
- Troubleshooting issues with dental equipment with support
