Form of work PurposeSimply put the job of an Assistant Venue Manager 3IC is to supervise the shift. The most important aspect of the role is to 'assist' & ‘supervise’ and support the Venue Management. You will be supervising staff, people and personalities. All the while coaching staff to improve to the level required of a Varsity employee.
