Working in our beautiful home located centrally in Hawthorne, our tight-knit but dynamite team are highly sought after to be a trusted partner with our clients – delivering solutions across residential, commercial and developments. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing Buyers Agency in the role of an Associate Buyers Agent and work with a successful and supportive team who will provide you with ongoing mentoring and training. You’ll work alongside a lead Buyers Agent to provide high level, vital support to their team, while learning from one of Brisbane’s experienced and sought-after  Buyers Agents. 

We need you to be dynamic, highly motivated to learn and possess plenty of drive with a natural ability to build genuine relationships with our clients.
 

• Real Estate Licence or Registration Certificate (or be prepared to obtain)
  • Previous real estate experience not essential - we are happy to provide training to the right person who is committed to learn
• High levels of professional courtesy and personal integrity
• Strong networking skills, with existing deep networks
• Excellent presentation with confident and superior communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Success driven with a  competitive nature
• Driver's licence and own car
• Must be available to work Saturdays

• Prospecting and networking for new business
• Collecting  and qualifying client needs to prepare client briefs
• Researching and shortlisting suitable properties
• Responding to new enquiries
• Building and maintaining databases
• Forming strong relationships with local agents to uncover off-market opportunities
• Provide high level administration support, including diary management and booking appointments for the lead agent
• Liaise with professional contacts including solicitors, conveyancers and mortgage brokers
• Attend building and pest inspections and property valuations
• Assist with buyer appointments and negotiations
