Our client, a United States based financial institution with approximately AUD 26 billion under management, is currently seeking a values-driven Client Services Associate to join their Melbourne team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting Client Services operations, splitting your time evenly between the Operations Team and the Investment Solutions Team. Your commitment to values alignment will be instrumental in maintaining the ethos of the organisation
Key Accountabilities:
- Communicate professionally with clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with care.
- Assist with various account management tasks, including setup, maintenance, and documentation.
- Provide support to the Client Services team in coordinating and executing client-related activities with integrity and respect.
- Collaborate with both the Operations Team and the Investment Solutions Team, embodying the organisation's values in all interactions.
- Maintain client records and databases accurately and confidentially, upholding the trust placed in our organisation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client-related materials with a focus on transparency and honesty.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an approach to client interactions that demonstrates care and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues based on mutual respect and trust.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while upholding ethical standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a commitment to using technology ethically and responsibly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, embodying the organisation's values of collaboration and shared success.
