FIRM
This represents an opportunity with a well established accounting firm based in Bondi. This firm has been in operation for many years and are well known in the industry. The firm has very low staff turnover.
POSITION
Due to internal restructuring, the position of Client Services Coordinator/PA has been created. This role will involve all facets of public practice administration including and not limited to:
- Lodging tax returns and BAS
- Liasing with the ATO
- Client relationship management
- Corporate secretarial duties
- Collations and client correspondence
- Diary management for Partners
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice administration
- Experience with all facets of public practice administration
- Experience with APS would be advantageous
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to be a team player
