The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team in Brisbane.
In this role, you will be working closely with highly credentialed Partners and lawyers across a range of Commercial Disputes, in particular you will work on corporate and personal insolvency matters, and complex commercial litigation disputes in the Supreme and District Courts of Queensland, the Federal Courts and the High Court of Australia.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer with between 3-5 years’ of experience from a reputable litigation practice. We are seeking a lawyer who prides themselves on their commitment, resilience, communication and attention to detail skills.
You must have excellent client service skills and a strong work ethic. You will be working with a number of blue-chip clients. Ideally you will have a strong academic history from a well-respected university.
