We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Legal Secretary/Receptionist to join our friendly and hard working team. 

Your duties will include:

• Answering and managing incoming calls
• Managing incoming emails
• Processing outgoing and incoming post
• Processing payments and invoices
• Providing secretarial support to the solicitors by preparation of documents
• Assisting with the smooth functioning of the office

Skills and experience:

• A candidate with previous experience is essential however experience in a criminal law firm is not
• An exceptional phone manner and friendly disposition
