About the role
In this busy and fast-paced opportunity, you will establish yourself in recruitment industry, based in our Melbourne branch.
- Building strong and professional relationships with your colleagues (i.e. Adecco team, Corporate Functions), by ensuring effective communication with other staff members by encouraging the sharing of information.
- Always respect your colleagues and act in a professional way towards them.
- Seeking to continuously improve own performance by attending and participating in training
- Active participation in team activities and meetings
- Increase perm profit by ensuring that fill rates are kept at the required level.
- Reduce cost to hire for the Adecco business by ensuring existing registered, compliant, appropriately skilled and work-ready candidates are retained and utilised where possible.
- To proactively attract candidates using a variety of different means
- To register and complete the end-to-end recruitment process for suitable applicants
- To write and place effective job advertisements in appropriate media.
- Keep up to date with competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintain regular contact with active candidates
- To ensure candidates always receive quality care in their dealings with Adecco
- To seek, establish and maintain effective candidate relationship
- To ensure that service delivery is of the highest standard for candidates
- Maintain data integrity in all required systems
- Complete all reporting and documentation requirements as requested
- Data entry of orders, fill rate and maintaining the resourcing order spreadsheet
- Arranging for medicals to be completed if required
- Arranging for Inductions to be completed
- Achieve activity standards on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and directed
- Attend all training and team meetings as required
- Ensure that all activities in relation to the candidate process meet Adecco’s compliance standards, as per compliancy requirements for candidates, clients and in general and in relation to the:
o References, license and background checking
o Relevant testing
o System compliance
o Verification of Working Entitlements
o Pre employment checks e.g. Working with Children, Police Checks etc
About you
Recruitment is a challenging yet rewarding career, where you can establish a successful long-term journey.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification highly desirable.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Customer Centric role with transferrable skills
- Previous sales experience is desirable or sales exposure/understanding
- Create and maintained strong stakeholder relationships
- Experience in a high-volume role, driving process and compliance
- Ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting priorities
